I have spent over 25 years specialising in business transformation, focusing on organisational excellence and its intrinsic link to team and individual growth.
Following successful studies in Business & Finance and achieving a Post Graduate in HR Management, I held a number of line management and strategic roles with organisations, primarily in the IT and finance sectors. During my career, I have designed, managed and delivered many innovative corporate training and development programmes.
I founded Vine Inspiration over 10 years ago and I work as an executive coach and consultant to organisations, developing managers and highly successful teams.
To ensure that I give you the best support possible, I take my own development extremely seriously. I am a NLP Master Practitioner and a Fellow/Member of many professional institutes, including the Chartered Management Institute, Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and the British Psychological Society. I am also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
